Eastnat Limited is looking for a warm, well-spoken, and customer-oriented Instore Sales Person to join our team at the Eastnat Wellness Store. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing tailored customer experiences, driving product knowledge, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the shop. She will be instrumental in building customer trust and loyalty by embodying the values of wellness, authenticity, and care.

• Greet customers and offer exceptional service while guiding them through our product selection.
• Provide accurate information on the nutritional and wellness benefits of products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by actively engaging customers and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the store is clean and organised.
• Receive, inspect, and arrange new stock deliveries.
• Process transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems.
• Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items.
• Support the planning and execution of in-store promotions or wellness events.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve product offerings and service.​
  

• KCSE certificate required; minimum of diploma in Sales, Nutrition, or Customer Service is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or wellness-focused sales roles.
• Familiarity with organic, herbal, or nutritional products is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, Canva, Meta and basic tech tools.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail with a good eye for presentation and design.
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
• Flexible, adaptable, and results-driven.
• Good reporting and record-keeping skills.
